Rita Castilho, PhD
I am a university professor with a doctoral degree in Biological Sciences in the UK. I have written over 60 scientific papers published in international journals and assisted many undergraduate, master and doctoral students in achieving their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping students identify the core challenges and the inevitable setbacks in their life so that they can overcome them with confidence. Planning, focus, motivation and compromise are the pillars of productivity that one should master.

Joana Robalo, PhD
In the last decade, I have been working with pre- and post-graduate students (MSc and PhD), mentoring them toward their own academic and professional goals. My approach is focused on the motivation of students, researchers, and teams, mainly through the organization of time, tasks, thoughts, and information, to facilitate sustained academic and scientific growth.
I have been a university professor since 2008, the year I got my doctoral degree in Biology from Oporto University. I have over 80 scientific papers published in international journals. Additionally, I have a text edition specialization (that I use for literary and scientific purposes), and I’m on my way to obtaining an ICF coaching certification.
